Another’s plot sold On the basis of false documents for Rs three lacs. The buyer gone on the spot then revealed. The victim lodged report in JDA http://jaipurjda.org Police station but After 5 months still no solution has been found.
Lalitesh Sharma victim of fraud lives at Pratap nagar in Sanganer and do sewing work. In march 2013, Lalitesh (resident of Nangal vatika) bought a plot of 70 square yards at Kalyan vihar vatika from Madanlal Jangid. On stamp paper of endorsement contract in the space of seller Madanlal signed by ticket revenue. Rajendra Singh and Kailash Chand signed in witness. Endorsement contract made Attested by Notary public. Lalitesh went to take possession of that plot but Plot turned out someone else. The victim asked to return the money from Madan. Money is not returned, also Possession of land had not given. After that, The victim lodged report in JDA Police station on july 10 but still no solution has been found.
