The accused arrested, grabber 6.3 lacs in the name of plots
Shyam Nagar thana police arrested the accused to grab 63 lacs in the name of getting home in the residential scheme at Mahapura Vaishali Nagar resident Manoj Singh urf Maan Singh sent 2-day remand by the court on Tuesday.
According to police officer Sudhir Upadhyay in August last year Satish Sharma, a resident of Surya Nagar tonk road, had filed a fraud lawsuit against accused. accused Manoj is a Director of Astitva Build Square Pvt. Ltd. he said his scheme development of Mahapura Mayur garden residential scheme for same. he took 63 lac for 4 plots. But after waiting for so many days,he didn’t give plot. the victim gathered the information and revealed that owner of that plot is not Manoj.
Meanwhile, the accused fled after the complaint. On Monday evening, police had received information that the accused is going to come to meet someone in Vaishali Nagar Circle Nursery. The police team arrested the accused.
